A Podcast that Changed How I Thought About Difficult Relationships

By now, you know I listen to podcasts almost daily. My method is to listen for at least 5 minutes. If something doesn't capture my attention or isn't valuable to me, I move on to another episode or topic that piques my interest. I enjoy many topics, and a select few leave me thinking. This one blew my mind, left me emotional and rethinking some key relationships. Put your big kid pants on and listen...

The Mel Robbins Podcast

The episode... How to Deal With Difficult People: One Trick to Live a More Peaceful & Fulfilled Life

Dr Rabani Yep.
